What you see in Lens

Retainer clients of Hiveminds use the dashboard to track whether AI answers mention them, to see what holds that back, and to prove what an intervention delivers. Below is what it contains, with our own measurement of hiveminds.nl as an example for each part.

Overview with the KPIs

The start page sums up your measurement in four tiles: your score, your mentions on the fixed question set, the AI crawls of your site, and whether you are among the sources the models cite. A chart shows the trend across your measurements, so you see at a glance where you stand and which way it is moving.

Pinned prompts with per-platform status

The question set is fixed, so every measurement and re-measurement covers the same questions. Per question you see the status on ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity: do they mention you, and if so, how. Fixed questions make the difference between two measurements fairly comparable.

Crawl data of the AI bots

Lens shows which AI bots visit your site and how often. That crawl data is the other side of the measurement: you see not only what the models answer, but whether they actively fetch your site.

Fix loop timeline

The Fix loop records every intervention and then re-measures on exactly the same questions. The timeline lays out the difference: the delta in mentions per platform and in the crawls of the AI bots. So what an intervention delivered stands in black and white.
